In the early stage of cooperation, our technical team conducted on-site surveys in Henan. Taking local river flood discharge volume, water storage demands, hydrological conditions and other practical factors into consideration, we customized a tailored construction scheme for the rubber dam.

During production, stringent quality control was implemented throughout all procedures. Brand-new weather-resistant rubber raw materials and high-strength framework canvas were adopted. Standardized operations were followed for dam bag fabrication, high-temperature vulcanization and other processes. Before delivery, all finished products underwent multiple tests including air tightness and tear resistance inspections to eliminate common defects such as water leakage and damage in later operation.

Upon delivery of goods to the construction site, our professional installation team arrived promptly. We carried out dam bag laying, anchoring and fixing, charging-drainage system commissioning and other tasks in strict accordance with the construction schedule. During construction, we proactively coordinated progress with the project owner and supervisors, adjusted construction plans in a timely manner when on-site working conditions changed, and completed all installation works within the agreed timeline with high efficiency.

During trial operation, the dam body rises and descends smoothly, delivers stable water storage and unobstructed flood discharge. It not only meets the mandatory flood control and flood prevention requirements of the river channel, but also achieves ecological water storage and landscape beautification for the urban river corridor.
